Directions: 
After shampooing with Rasta Locks & Twist Tingle Shampoo apply liberally to scalp working the formula out to the entire length of your locks. Massage and wait for 1 to 3 minutes depending upon the length of your dreadlocks and the amount of body desired. Rinse thoroughly.
