Dreadz Terms and Conditions

We currently ship throughout the UK, and to most countries in Europe. 

We ARE shipping to both the UK and Internationally, as NORMAL. 

We despatch orders at 1.30 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

All UK orders are sent 2nd Class/48-hour which 'should normally' arrive within a few working days... However... 

N. B. There may be some delay in receiving your order as the Royal Mail are facing significant staff shortages, and an overwhelming demand

UK shipping prices:
* 1gm - 99gm = £1.50
* 100gm - 1.999kg = £2.90
* 2kg - 9.999kg = £10.00

Europe shipping prices:
From £8.00 (0.001kg - 0.099kg) to £14.90 (1.751 kg - 2.0 kg).

Payment methods
Credit / Debit Cards
We currently accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.

When your credit card is authorized, the transaction is completed. The payment is processed and your goods are then posted out to you.

Your billing information MUST be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.

Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

We (Dreadz) accept payments in the following currencies through our website: £ GBP.

Refund Policy
We'll gladly accept returns for any Dreadz products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the Purchase date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return postage costs will be refunded to your credit card. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return unless the item was faulty/damaged. Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition to post your product back to us.

Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 14 days of the Purchase date. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and order number. We regret that we are unable to refund original postage costs.

It can take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your refund has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our Customer Services Department on info@dreadz.co.uk.

All transactions are cleared through WorldPay using a secure socket layer. WorldPay use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 bit SSL is used. Credit card details will only be requested within this secure area.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 3 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service, and to inform you of any new products or special offers. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct it promptly.

Complaints procedure
Carter & Green Ltd t/a Dreadz endeavour to respond to any complaint within 5 working days. It is the aim of Carter & Green Ltd to resolve complaints within 10 working days. We will keep you informed throughout the whole process of your complaint.

Shopping online is easy and convenient, but we know that some of our customers prefer to use alternative ways to shop.

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Dreadz. We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
