Allow dreads to soak thoroughly for 10 minutes, then begin to vigorously work a small amount of Knotty Boy Dreadlock Removal Shampoo into dreads, small sections at a time. Rinse and repeat for each section as necessary. Once dread wax is removed and dreadlock is softened, apply small amount of Knotty Boy Dreadlock Damage-Control Deep Conditioner to each dread and, using a strong comb, VERY gently begin to pick dread out, working from the end and moving upward toward the scalp. Continue until all dreadlocks are removed, then thoroughly condition all hair, allowing to sit a minimum of five minutes, and rinse.
